Will I receive multiple packages in one order?

If this applies, yes. Most of the items available are made when ordered and processing and shipping times vary depending on the fulfillment location, season and size of your order. Tracking is made available as soon as your order ships. Please contact us for additional questions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 1-5 business days. This includes production of your order and shipping. Custom orders/designs that are not clearly marketed as "ready to ship" or "fast shipping" are produced and received within 2.5 weeks of ordering with standard shipping. Customs processing made extend this time on large international orders. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

**Please note that during holidays or times of high demand, orders can take 20 or more business days to ship and receive.**

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders that are made and shipped in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and DHL E-Commerce. Expedited shipping quotes are available. Please inquire for more details at rbzb2b@rbzexpressions.com

Will I be able to track my order?
Absolutely! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left one of our facilities.
